Studios of Love

I found a really cool excerpt from this book I’m reading called “Faith After Doubt” by Brian McClaren.

It goes like this:

The idea that there should be:

• faith communities

• belief factories

• schools of moral intelligence

• studios of love

• new generation of spiritual entrepreneurs created new kinds of spaces, communities and institutions to fill the void

• religious join nonreligious

  • not simply to become happy consumers in the suicidal economy

  • see beyond self-interest, attachments to organizations and countries and our species

• art systematically helping people achieve the most advanced forms of moral developments possible
